Terms of Service
Effective September 7, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of nowwhatwedding.com and the Now What? wedding planning service ("Now What?," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Now What? is a digital wedding planning tool designed to help users organize wedding planning tasks and identify potential next steps based on information they provide.
Features may include personalized planning priorities, task tracking, budget tools, vendor comparison tools, planning reminders, and other wedding planning resources.
2. Planning Guidance
Now What? provides general organizational and informational guidance. Wedding requirements, vendor policies, costs, timelines, legal requirements, and other circumstances vary.
You are responsible for verifying important information directly with venues, vendors, government agencies, or other appropriate sources before making decisions or commitments.
Now What? does not provide legal, financial, tax, or professional wedding planning advice.
3. Accounts
Certain features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact us at hello@nowwhatwedding.com.
4. Purchases and Access
Now What? currently offers access to its personalized wedding roadmap for a one-time payment of $14.99 unless a different price or promotional offer is clearly displayed at the time of purchase.
Payment is processed through Stripe or another payment provider we may make available. Access is associated with the account used during the purchase process.
A one-time purchase is not a subscription and does not create recurring charges unless a future recurring service is separately offered and you expressly agree to it.
5. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Because Now What? provides immediate access to a digital service, refund requests may be evaluated based on the circumstances of the request and applicable law.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the service.
- Copy, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit substantial portions of the service without permission.
- Use automated systems to scrape or extract content in a manner that harms or burdens the service.
7. Intellectual Property
The Now What? website, software, design, text, planning system, and other original content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your purchase gives you a personal right to use the service. It does not transfer ownership of the service, software, or underlying content to you.
8. Your Information
You retain ownership of information you provide through the service. You give us permission to process and store that information as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the service.
Our collection and use of personal information is further described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Third-Party Services
Now What? relies on third-party providers for certain functionality, including hosting, authentication, data storage, payments, analytics, and advertising measurement.
We are not responsible for outages, errors, policies, or actions of third-party services that are outside our reasonable control.
10. Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, improve, or discontinue features of Now What? over time. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or operate without interruption.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, Now What? is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee that following a roadmap or recommendation will produce any particular wedding outcome, savings, vendor availability, or result.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Now What? and its owners, operators, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Now What? for the service giving rise to the claim.
13. Termination
We may restrict or terminate access to the service when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, security risks, or material violations of these Terms.
14. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States and, where applicable, the laws of the state in which the business operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we may update the effective date displayed at the top of this page.
